7. What would happen if my order did not go through but my credit card was charged?
If you did not receive an order confirmation number within 24-48 hours, your order was not completed. If your credit card is charged for the unsuccessful order, we will return the funds to your credit card account. The refund will appear on to your credit card account within 24-48 hours, depending on your credit card company’s processing time. All successful orders that receive an order confirmation number will be charged when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

8. What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?
If you encounter this problem, please try the following steps: First, please clear the cookies, restart the browser, turn off Firewall, and then try again. Second, if the problem persists, please change to another computer or another internet browser, such as Firefox, and then try. Or you can try to log in after several hours. Last, if the above steps don’t work, you can contact us.

Order Processing

1. Are all your items in stock?
Generally speaking, all of our items listed on the website are available. But occasionally some items may out of stock due to strong demand. If you pick an item and pay for it, but for any reason, it is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible, and either suggest you choose another similar item or process a prompt refund to your account.

2. Can I change my order after my credit card is charged?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancelation. If you want to change your order, please click the button to contact us. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation must be requested before the item has been shipped. We typically processed the order within 24 hours and shipped the items within 24-48 hours. Order cannot be canceled. after the items have been shipped.

4. How do I cancel an order?
Please contact our customer service via email within 24 hours of purchasing. But please be advised that sometimes the items are shipped within 24 hours after the placement of the order, depending on the time you place the order – the closer to the parcel pick-up time (by shipping companies), the faster the items are shipped.

C, Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:
a. Delays due to weather
b. Delivery is outside major cities
c. Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers
d. Delays to the unavailability of product(s)
e. Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
f. Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday

6. How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the links provided by our customer service via email. Please note that you should have the order number to track the order status. We will email the tracking number to you. Please note that the carrier's website may not update the records and parcel status in time.

7. What should I do if my order never arrived?
Be sure that all of your orders have shipped already. If your order displays and your package on the tracking website has been sent, and you don't receive it in 2 weeks; please contact customer service for assistance.

1, How do I return a product purchased at this site?
We design our products to bring quality and performance to our customers' active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item, we will gladly make it happen.

Our site takes 30 days to exchange or refund if you do not like your order.
Return We only accept below 3 reasons:
a.Wrong items shipped
b.Defective items unacceptable reasons for an exchange are: I ordered the wrong products, the item looks different in the photo, the color is lighter or darker in the photo, I changed my mind with the current order and want a different order, etc. Your complete satisfaction with your order is our satisfaction.
c.Items must have all tags attached and original packaging.

Exchange or Refund
Items just fulfill the following situation; we will provide a refund and exchange.
a.Items must be returned within 30 days.
b.Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.

2, How long will it take to process the exchange or refund?
Total time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your request for exchange or refund, plus our processing procedure. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be exchanged and redelivered to you.

3. Will I have to pay any additional fee for the exchange or refund?
It depends. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, but the fault is not caused by us, you should pay for the shipping fee and the reshipping fee for the item exchange. If you request a refund, the initial shipping is not refundable. But if factual proof that fault was caused by us, we would take full responsibility and would not charge any additional.
